Network Operations

This includes legacy routers, passport switches, and contivity routers.  NetOps provide extensive troubleshooting and problem determination in provisioning of DSL, Frame Relay, Point to Point, and Syncronet installations, upgrades, moves and/or deletes.
NetOps is also tasked with building and maintaining the state’s firewalls, related security issues, and trouble shooting firewall related issues.
