KEWS/Field Services offers two support teams:
The first is the Alarm Center which monitors the microwave system for any trouble, whether it be radio alarms, power failures, tower alarms, or door alarms, and takes the appropriate action to correct the problem. If necessary, the Alarm Center will dispatch a technician.
The second is Network Operations which monitors the KIH network. They respond to trouble tickets created in Remedy and troubleshoot the problem with local resources and the responsible phone companies. If necessary, they can also dispatch a technician.
