 The Kentucky Emergency Warning System's vision is to offer a statewide, integrated communications and information network with high speed, high capacity delivery of voice, data and video transmissions not only to the Commonwealth's public safety agencies, but to other State and Local agencies as well. This shared multi-agency network offers tremendous advantages for communities and citizens in:
